Danielle Lloyd has revealed she has been on a 10 day lifestyle challenge after feeling like she ‘let herself go’ over the Christmas period.
The mother of four, 37, shared before and after snaps on her Instagram and despite looking amazing in both, admitted she felt ’embarrassed’ to post them.
In the most recent snap, taken on January 14, Danielle showcased her taut midriff in a nude sports bra which she teamed with a pair of black gym leggings.

The glamour model went make-up free in the snap and wore her brunette locks tied back off her face into a bun, while posing for the camera.
In the older snap taken 10 days prior on January 4, Danielle sported a similar ensemble to no doubt highlight the impact of her transformation.
Detailing the experience in the caption, Danielle wrote: ‘Actually feel embarrassed posting these before pictures I really did let myself go in December.

‘I joined @miss.ketones 10 day challenge and these are my results!! Am so pleased although I’ve only lost 5lb on the scales you can see from my pictures my shape has changed dramatically.
‘It was so easy 2 ketone drinks a day and eat as normal. I lowered my carb intake to get the best results possible but I did little to no exercise.

Discussing her current lifestyle, Danielle said: ‘Every other mum feels like I do, I’m so stressed with homeschool – it’s frazzling my brain. Especially with three, it’s a joke. I’m going to take triple ketones to get me through.
‘I’m teetotal as well, Dry January! I’m doing a dry year.. I must be mad.’
‘Explaining her reasoning, she said: ‘I’m giving it up, it’s just not my best friend I’ve come to realise it’s just not my best friend. It’s going to be hard but I’m going to give it a go.’
