Free Play Days is offering a varied set of games this week. Star Wars: Squadrons is obviously the big one here, and although you won’t be completing its achievement list over the weekend, the single-player campaign only takes around eight hours to polish off, and it’s definitely worth checking out. Yooka-Laylee takes between 20 and 25 hours to unlock every achievement and was included in Xbox Game Pass once upon a time, so if you didn’t quite finish it before it left Game Pass, now is your chance to revisit the platformer. Finally, we have Dragon Ball FighterZ, a fighting game that’s featured in Free Play Days a couple of times before. Estimates suggest a completion will take over 200 hours, so unless you’ve got a time machine, you won’t be unlocking all of its achievements before Monday. And even if you did have a time machine, you probably wouldn’t be playing Dragon Ball FighterZ anyway.

Also starting today is the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies Free Access Week. Xbox Live Gold members can jump into Black Ops Cold War’s Zombies mode for free up until January 21st. You’ll have access to game modes Die Maschine and Cranked — a new mode where you must kill zombies to reset a timer that’s counting down to your death. If you’re interested, you can download the free trial from the Microsoft Store when it becomes available.
