Earlier today, Take-Two told its investors that Codemasters had not organized any more conferences concerning the publishers acquisition quote, which ended on January 12. As such, Take-Two has officially withdrawed the offer, though it does seem that the publisher stays on the lookout for additional studios to include to its excellent portfolio.
