Parachuting is a mechanic that has been in GTA video games for several years, but isnt in Red Dead Redemption 2.
This could mean that these are GTA files, or it is an unused mechanic in RDR2.
There isnt actually any way to validate which video game they were meant for, so for now it just stays another secret as we await an official GTA 6 statement.
The GTA 6 rumour mill has actually been spinning a lot faster over current weeks, with many rumours and “leakages” being exposed.

GTA 6 Animations Found In RDR2
rollschuh2282, a member of the GTA Forums, has found parachuting animations in the in-game apply for Red Dead Redemption 2, in spite of the game not having a parachuting mechanic.
On a GTA 6 speculation thread, the user revealed some animations found in RDR2.

Although it hasnt even been officially revealed yet, it is very most likely that Grand Theft Auto 6 has remained in development for some time.
And there may evidence of that found in another Rockstar video game.
