The Masked Singer reveals Grandfather Clock as former England football legend – Manchester Evening News

Footballing legend Glenn Hoddle was the latest celebrity to be unmasked on The Masked Singer.

We’re now halfway through the zany ITV singing series and, performing as Grandfather Clock, former England manager and player Glenn sang the Frank Sinatra classic You Make Me Feel So Young.

Grandfather Clock and Viking found themselves in the bottom two of the show, which has celebs singing behind elaborate costumes as judges and viewers at home attempt to guess who they are.

As he was unmasked the 63-year-old said about his moustached clock character: “It was so endearing when I saw it I fell in love.”

And this isn’t the first time Glenn, who had viewers fooled for weeks, has had singing success.
