According to the legal claim submitted by Mr Emanuels legal representatives last month, his ex-wife produced copies of their initial sketches and put them in an auction called Passion For Fashion.
The writ claims Miss Emanuel at a date or dates unidentified produced eight illustrations which constitute a reproduction of the style illustrations they had produced together for the Diana wardrobe.
