While we wait (maybe more in hope than expectation) for a Bloodborne PlayStation 5 update, lets imagine what From Softwares masterpiece would look like if it reversed in generations – to the PSone.
Lilith Walther, an Unreal Engine 4 tech artist and engineer working as lead programmer on indie JRPG Witch, is doing precisely that. She took to Twitter to expose appealing clips of the Bloodborne PSX demake shes working on – and it looks quite slick.

The sparse 90s 3D visuals provide Bloodborne a satisfyingly chunky look, like a gothic Tomb Raider of the past. The framerate is too high for a PSone game!
Its early days, however Im looking forward to seeing more.
