The Bridesmaids actress, 40, completely overhauled her lifestyle last year which resulted in her shedding over 30 kilos in a matter of months.

Now, the much-loved star has shared some motivational tips with her admirers, telling them they are perfect just the way they are.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Rebel looked back on her journey in an emotional post.

The blonde beauty posed up a storm in a bathroom mirror selfie while sporting a black satin robe.

Rebel gazed seductively into the camera and alongside the gorgeous snap, she told her followers to accept and love themselves “just the way they are”.

Fans flocked to the motivational post to shower the actress with praise.

In a recent interview with People , Rebel said it was her lifestyle that prompted her to pause and reflect on where she was heading.

Her switch to a high-protein diet being behind her path to a better relationship with food.

She revealed she was consuming thousands of calories a day as she fell into a spiral of chasing her desire to eat.

The Australian actress said: “Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry.”

Rebel continued to reveal what changes she has made.

She added: “So, I’ve really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn’t used to eat a lot of meat.

“I eat fish, salmon, and chicken breast.”
