Myleene Klass has become the first celebrity to leave this year’s Dancing on Ice.
The former Hear’Say singer was one of six celebrities to skate during Sunday night’s episode (January 24), alongside Colin Jackson, Graham Bell, Billie Shepherd, Sonny Jay and Faye Brookes.
After scoring 22 out of 40 from the judges for her routine, Myleene and her skating partner Łukasz Różycki placed at the bottom of the leaderboard and subsequently found themselves in the skate-off against Lady Leshurr and her skating partner, Brendyn Hatfield.
The radio presenter was then unanimously voted off by the judges.
“I have to say I couldn’t have done it obviously without Łukasz, without my family, without my friends all there,” Myleene said.
“I mean, I’ve never skated before and I’ve got a skill that I learnt during lockdown. Who would have thought it?”
She added: “To all the team here, it’s not been an easy production to put together in lockdown, so I feel really chuffed.
“I feel the most relaxed I’ve been this whole competition.”
Myleene’s exit follows her picking up a knee injury earlier in the month.
It also follows radio presenter Sonny Jay securing the 2021 series’ second Golden Ticket.
Dancing on Ice continues next Sunday (January 31) on ITV.
