Holly Willoughby was hailed for her Dancing On Ice look on Sunday after she shared a close up pic of her face to finish the weekend.

The 39-year-old co-host of the ITV skating show had been cruelly pilloried for her outfit last week, with many suggesting that it was ‘too revealing’ for a family entertainment show.

This week was a different matter as she the blonde beauty was flooded with positive comments, especially as she shared one last look with her followers after the show.

Holly impressed with a floor length dress had off-the-shoulder feathered sleeves, with the feathering also covering the bust of the dress.

There was a panelled mesh section underneath and then a simple, white skirt which Holly paired with silver shoes.

She shared a close-up pic of her face after the show, which highlighted the pearl earrings she was wearing as well as her styled hair and make-up.

Holly Willoughby simply captioned the pic with a blue heart emoji.

Fellow This Morning presenter Rochelle Humes wrote: “Film star [star emoji]”

Abbey Clancy thought Holly was looking beautiful, commenting: “Stunning ❤️❤️❤️”

Former I’m A Celebrity Queen of the Jungle, Scarlett Moffatt, added a reply with two heart-eyed emojis.

Holly had originally shared a pic of her dress on Instagram before the show.

She wrote alongside it: “Week 2 @dancingonice… Baby it’s cold outside but things are heating up on the ice… @itv 6pm… Dress by @halfpennylondon Jewelry by @yokolondonpearls shoes by @sophiawebster “.

There had been a huge backlash last week against Holly showing some cleavage on the show, with many even complained to broadcasting regulator Ofcom that Holly’s chest was too much for a pre-watershed show.

Broadcasting regulator Ofcom confirmed it received 341 complaints about the ITV show, with most pertaining to Rufus Hound’s cutting remark about the government’s failure to feed hungry school children, but some outraged over Holly’s cleavage.
