Katie Price makes £2,500 in five days by flogging stained tops and used shoes online – Mirror Online
Katie Price has discovered a savvy new way of making money online.
The former glamour model, 42, is clearing out her wardrobe and raking in the cash by selling her old, unwanted clothes on Depop.
The mum-of-five has rapidly sold over 100 items of clothes, accessories, and shoes with just two sales on the popular shopping app.
Katie’s old clobber caught the interest of her adoring fans after she advertised her Depop profile on both her Instagram and Twitter accounts.
After she encouraged her 2.4 million Instagram followers to cast a glimpse over her personal goods up for grabs, they appeared to have sold out within mere minutes.
The most expensive sale was a Louis Vuitton scarf that was nabbed by an eager fan for £170.
Elsewhere, Katie cashed in £150 after flogging a LV purse.
She then pocketed £120 for a pair of Alexander McQueen trainers, and another designer piece – a pink Prada purse – was sold off for £100.
And while most of the customers gave Katie rave reviews, others weren’t so satisfied with their purchases.
One unhappy customer revealed that she had been sent a ‘stained’ top.
The fan wrote: “Was stain on the back of the top, but other than that ok.”
Another commented: “I wasn’t expecting much, to be honest, but mad to think I’m wearing Katie Price ’s clothes lol.”
Katie has already racked up over 14,000 followers on the app.
The TV star is set to part ways with another bundle of clothes and shoes on February 7th at 7 PM – and fans are already gearing up to see what will be on offer.
Mirror Online has contacted Katie’s representatives for comment.
