Amen for Slovenias Ana Soklič – Eurovision.tv

This weekend we’ve three selection shows to enjoy! Ana Soklič from Slovenia will release her song in a special edition of ‘Evrovizijska Melodija’ (EMA) as semi-finals are broadcast from Portugal and Sweden.

🇸🇮 Slovenia: Ana Soklič reveals new entry

More often than not, Slovenia choses their act for the Eurovision Song Contest through national selection show EMA. However, after the cancellation of last year’s Contest, broadcaster Radiotelevizija Slovenija (RTV) quickly confirmed that EMA 2020 champion Ana Soklič would be invited back to represent Slovenia again.

During a special, non-competitive edition of EMA, Ana will reveal the song she will take to Rotterdam.

🇸🇪 Sweden : Can The Mamas move to the Melodifestivalen final again?

Sweden’s mammoth Melodifestivalen reaches a critical point on Saturday evening, as the last of the 28 acts take to the Stockholm stage.

Two acts to look out for are last year’s winners The Mamas returning with In The Middle and Eric Saade (third for Sweden at the 2011 Contest) hoping his new song Every Minute will be… popular.

Stock up on your pastéis de natas, Festival da Canção returns this Saturday with a mouthwatering selection of Portuguese treats hoping to reach the Eurovision Song Contest.

Five acts will qualify from semi-final 2:
